The Well Hung Meat Company is delighted to announce that their Production Manager, Julian Hodge, has recently been admitted to be a Member of The Worshipful Company of Butchers’ Guild (incorporating the Institute of Meat) in recognition of a broad-ranging and diverse 22 year career in the meat industry.
Julian joined The Well Hung Meat Company in July 2007 as Production Manager, heading up the Company’s dedicated team. In line with the Company’s vision to be a traditional quality-focused butchery company across all its aspects of its business, Julian has introduced a range of innovative and forward thinking policies in the Production Department which have impacted positively on operations across the Company as a whole and have seen the customer experience enhanced as a result.
