Organic Beef
Our beef comes from cattle which have been raised to the highest organic standards. We believe that these animals produce meat with the perfect marbling and fat coverage which, when hung for the appropriate length of time, makes for the most tender and flavoursome beef imaginable.
We recently won a Great Taste Award for our beef topside (pictured), which goes to prove that ours is some of the best beef in the country.
