This mouthwatering cheddar is uniquely creamy in both taste and texture. As a vintage cheddar, it has to mature for over twelve months to allow its tangy, yet smooth, taste to develop. This delightful cheddar is sold in 400g rounds and sealed in wax to ensure freshness.

Preserves. These work really well with our lamb and poultry (the cranberry
is especially good with our Christmas turkeys).
