award-winning, organic pork. We like to use traditional breeds, such
as the Berkshire, we also use small more conventional breeds such as Duroc
crosses. These pigs have the perfect covering of fat (which makes for superb
crackling) and a succulence that is second to none.
We won the Soil Association Organic Food Awards with our Berkshire pork in 2004 and it is something that we are very proud to offer you. Give it a try because our Well Hung Pork really is special.
