Bacon and Goats Cheese Tarts
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
12-24 Rashers of Back
Bacon, cut in half
Packet of Puff Pastry
Jar of Roasted Peppers
150g Goats Cheese
Black Pepper
Method
Roll out the pastry on a floured board and cut into 12 roughly even squares. Top each piece with a slice of roasted pepper, a slice of goats cheese, and 1-2 rashers of bacon. Season with black pepper.
Place on baking sheets and cook in a pre-heated oven for approximately 15 minutes until golden. Serve as a starter or a snack with rocket leaf salad.
