Bill's Burger
Ingredients
1kg of Beef mince
1 handful of Shallots
1 handful of fresh Coriander
1 handful of fresh Thyme
Method
Finely chop the shallots, garlic, coriander and thyme. Mix this in with
the Mince and scrunch together into balls of around 200g before flattening
them into burgers, a little egg and breadcrumbs can help to bind the burgers
but is not necessary. Then place the burgers under a hot grill or on a
griddle and cook to your preference.
