Return Labels

You can return the polystyrene boxes to us free of charge for recyling and reusing. You will receive a return label in your order which you need to stick onto the empty box. Unfortunately we cannot take the ice packs back but you can pop them in the freezer for re-use.

Simply stick down the lid with a little tape and pop the box into your post office next time you are passing and they will make sure it gets back to us.

We can only reuse boxes that are in good condition, if your box or lid is damaged then please do not return it to us.

Occasionally (usually because the printer dies mid-flow or a box is simply missed) the label may be missed out of your box. If this happens you can download the following file and print it out to stick on your box.
