All of the meat we send out is 100% traceable, back to the farm that produced it.
Each pack of meat has a carcass number on the label, click on the corresponding number below to view details of the farm that produced your meat.

Sausages, Bacon and Gammon (please refer to first 2 letters of the carcass number)
