We started life selling lamb from Geoff's farm in South Devon and it's still at the heart of what we do. The climate of South Devon means that our organic lamb can eat clover-rich grass all year round, enjoying an outdoor life just as nature intended.
We pride ourselves on being one of the few organic butchers stocking mutton and we also source hogget (in between lamb and mutton) when we can. Hung for at least a week, it's tender and bursting with flavour - not to be missed!
