Super tender sirloin steak from our organic grass fed beef sitting proudly atop a spicy and comforting bowl of beef bone broth and egg noodles. Nutritious comfort food at its finest.
2 organic sirloin steaks
A bunch of green onions
2 garlic cloves
A squeeze of lemon
500ml beef bone broth
1 red chilli
2 or 3 nests of egg noodles
Salt and pepper
A pinch of five spice
1 tsp mild curry powder
Drizzle some sesame oil into a deep pan and add the spices, crushed garlic, chopped chilli, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and some black pepper and turn on a medium heat. Add the bone broth after a minute or two and stir, turn heat down to low and add the noodles.
While the noodles cook through slowly, fry your steaks and cook how you prefer. I recommend grilled to medium rare to add to the juices of the soup.
Chop the green onions roughly and pop them into the soup mix.
Serve the steak sliced, sitting on top the of the noodle soup with pak choi (or long cut leeks work well too) on the side and you are in for a treat!
A tender, tasty steak, cut from the loin - this is the knight of the dining table. Simply grill or fry it or pop it on the barbecue.
